· Liver function: (ALT and AST levels)
· Height Adjusted Total Liver Volume
· History of liver interventions
· The germline mutation
· Co-morbid conditions

REQUEST FOR BIOMATERIALS:
· Frozen ADPKD/ADPLD liver tissues (single or multiple cysts, snap frozen in LN2)
· Frozen normal human liver tissues (snap frozen in LN2)
· ADPKD/ADPLD liver tissue blocks cut on to slides (cystic tissue, fixed in 4% formalin or paraformaldehyde, paraffin-embedded)
· ADPKD/ADPLD liver tissue slides stained with hematoxylin and eosin or Masson Trichrome
· ADPKD/ADPLD liver cyst fluid from individual or pooled cysts
· ADPKD/ADPLD liver cells cultured from single or multiple cyst
